The villa is located just 5 minutes from the town center and is perched in the hills of the jungle above. It offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for guests, as well as a pool with stunning ocean views, complete privacy, and spacious patio. Guests can also enjoy high-speed wifi and air -conditioning in the villa.

Your Trip Guide: Evan Haskell

Evan was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA and currently resides between Santa Teresa and Oceanside, CA. Evan is a serial entrepreneur and spent 12 years prior to joining AUN building the largest short-term housing brand in the Silicon Valley. Evan has housed over 100 pro athletes through his brand Urban Flat and his passions are snowboarding, building companies and spending time with his family.

Evan has a deep knowledge and strong network in Santa Teresa and prides himself on being able to show his friends and clients a perspective only a local would know. Evan owns 3.5 acres is Santa Teresa and plans to build multiple rental homes in the coming year as the area is proving to be a strong investment opportunity.
